One in five South Africans is living in extreme poverty—a statistic Raising a Nation a Foundation is hoping to change. The organization, started by Lakesider Lynne Shelton, is working to inspire, educate, equip, and mobilize kids, youth, and young adults to bring about change in the country. You can make a big impact by joining Lakeside’s mission trip to South Africa this fall where we will be working in schools to provide biblical leadership lessons along with practical life skills training.
