We are looking forward to a great day of hiking the Carson Pass "Fourth of July Lake" on Saturday, August 12! This is a 12-mile out and back hike, which is fairly strenuous. You should be an experienced hiker in good shape to do this one. We’ll experience lots of amazing scenery, with four lakes, wildflowers (depending on when the snow melts), and numerous peaks and ridges along the trail.
