The Lakeside Community Stepped Up

Thank you to all who gave to our emergency food drive this week! Theodore Judah Elementary School reached out with an urgent request for 1,500 snacks for summer school students who were coming to summer school hungry. We posted the need on our social media outlets, along with an ordering link, and you gave 1,500 snacks in less than an hour! You also generously delivered to our office, and we now have nearly 3,500 snacks that will be a blessing to disadvantaged kids in our area. We love that our community reaches out to us when they see a need, and we are grateful to our church family for being so quick to lend a helping hand and demonstrate God's love.
