Using Music as Neutral Ground to Share God’s Word

 Steve and Dawn Liberti are in the business of facilitating radical change. As Lakeside mission partners, and as missionaries for Proclaim International, their life work is all about proclaiming the good news of Jesus, often through music as a neutral ground to share God’s word.

 “We have partnered with Steve and Dawn for many years,” Pastor Brad said. “Their creative ministry of using music to reach people with the good news of Jesus aligns beautifully with Lakeside’s mission. Few things open our hearts like music. Transformation only comes through an open ear.”

 With a focus on both domestic and international ministry, Steve organizes and leads mission events and trips centered around music, while Dawn works in the Proclaim central office. Transformation is always the end goal.

 In just the last two months, Steve has led a mission trip to Montenegro, a small country of about 500,000 people, and organized a large, Spanish concert outreach event for the Latino community of Jacksonville, Florida.

 He is now preparing to take the mission 5,500 miles away from him home to Albania, in early October, where he will embark on a music-based missions trip.

 Steve is requesting prayer for God to orchestrate the details of the trip and for hearts to be open to Jesus.
