Volunteer at Summer Blitz!
It takes A LOT of helping hands to make Summer Blitz a success, and there are so many different volunteer areas for you to serve in! Select your preference upon registration. Whatever area you choose, your assistance helps create a fantastic and memorable week for hundreds of kids, while also modeling the love of Jesus to them. And it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with other volunteers while experiencing the incredible fun and energy of Summer Blitz—a highlight of summer for both campers and volunteers.
Things to Know
All campers will be given a Summer Blitz T-shirt to be worn each day of camp. Please pick up your child's T-shirt and group assignment during one of the following designated pick-up times:
-Sunday, May 26: after 9 and 10:45am after Sunday gatherings (Auditorium Lobby)
-Sunday, June 2: after 9 and 10:45am after Sunday gatherings (Auditorium Lobby)
-Wednesday, May 29: 10am–4pm (Church Office)
-Thursday, May 30: 10am–4pm (Church Office)
At this mandatory rally, middle schoolers will learn about their important role as an LIT (Leader-in-Training), while getting hyped about Summer Blitz.
-Tuesday, May 14: 6-7:30pm (The Block)
T-SHIRT PICK-UP
MIDDLE SCHOOL LIT RALLY
VOLUNTEER TRAINING (For all Adult and High School Volunteers and Middle School LITs)
At this mandatory training, you will receive training for your specific volunteer areas and also pick up your Summer Blitz T-shirt.
-Tuesday, May 28: 6:30pm (Main Auditorium)
