| Thank you for your interest in having Lakeside Church be a part of this very special time in your life. Our ministry staff is eager to assist you in preparing for a Christ centered marriage. Our pastors are available to perform weddings for Lakesiders at various offsite venues. Onsite weddings are limited due to weekend church gatherings and multiple events that are scheduled on our campus.
Couples are asked to read the Lakeside “Philosophy of Marriage” Covenant together and submit an agreement form. A wedding application must be completed and received 6 months in advance of the wedding date and all couples are required to participate in and complete our Premarital Counseling Course taught by our trained counselors and lay team. A Premarital Counseling Course fee of $100.00 is due at the time the wedding application is submitted. Course materials may be purchased in the Cove Bookstore at Lakeside Church for around $30.00 per couple. There is no fee for pastors performing offsite weddings. Onsite wedding fees will be clearly listed in our Wedding Fee Schedule and a contract must be agreed upon and signed. It is customary to provide an honorarium for the pastor who will be joining you for the rehearsal and performing the ceremony.
